Single room in a family home

We’re looking for a professional female to join our home.
I live here with my young toddler, and have another female lodger. We are a friendly household but respect each other’s space and live our own lives, but happy to chat when our paths cross!
The room is at the top of the house, and it’s a single room with a small double bed, with tons of light and a great view over Barnet. You will share the bathroom with me and my little boy who is 4.
The house is big, light and spacious with a massive kitchen and living room, and garden to share. There’s free on-street parking, we’re in a quiet, leafy road next to Hadley Wood. The area is calm, safe and residential.
High Barnet and New Barnet are around a 15 min walk away.
