The room to let is a furnished double bedroom within my 4 bedroom house. The room has a double bed, ample storage space a TV and decoration is neutral. throughout. Upstairs there is a bathroom and a separate shower room and downstairs there is an additional toilet. You will have use of the fully equipped kitchen and dining area but not the living room or library area. I can offer you of use of my secluded garden with decked seating area.

My house is situated in a very quiet, off street location and benefits from being a 5 min walk to Barnet General Hospital & the High Street. The Northern line tube station is approx 15mins walk or there are very frequent buses to New Barnet overground station, a 15 minute bus ride.

The rent is inclusive of all utility bills with the exception of the BT landline.

Other facilities include: washing machine, dishwasher and all cooking facilities.

The room is only available for single occupancy.
