We are looking for a no-smoking lodger to live in a lovely, nice, and quiet house.
If you are a SINGLE professional who'd like to live on her/his own(NO COUPLES PLEASE) in a smartly refurbished retro-style house that ad is for you!
Please note: This is not a "party house"
The room is located on the 1st floor of the property, It comes with neutral décor, a massive double bed, massive windows, a nice and big comfy table and it's centrally heated. On this same floor, there is a shared toilet, bathroom, and kitchen, which will be mostly used only by you!
All bills included (tax, electricity, gas, and fast internet).
This Property is located in a very friendly neighborhood in close proximity to the natural reserve, with birds and wildlife. It's a very nice and quiet part of town3 min walk to the large Tesco and B&Q,10 min bus to Romford Station (Elisabeth Line to get you across London or 8min ride Greater Anglia to Stradford,) and Town Centre(cinema, bowling, pubs, etc),10min bus to Elm Park Underground(District Lane)
