Close to all amenities, bars, restaurants and multiplex cinema. Romford Market open Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Sainsbury and Tesco are both local. Easy commute to the Docklands/ the City and Central London. 5 mins from Elm Park Station (Disrtrict Line) by bus or 5 mins to Romford mainline Station Elizabeth Line, 10 mins by train to Stratford and 20 mins to Liverpool St Station. Close to A13, A12, A127 and M25, 15 mins drive to Lakeside Shopping Centre.
