Available for rent is a large, comfortable double bedroom. The house has been renovated to a high standard.

There are 2 toilets in the house, however only one shower. Maximum 3 people in the house at any given time as we are not renting out to couples!

In the bedroom there's two huge wardrobes with lots of space with an ottoman bed and a high quality simba mattress. The comfort of our lodgers is important! I want you to feel at home as much as possible

A LG smart TV on the wall too. A desk can be arranged for, if needed, as there is plenty of space for one.

The house is full of comforts, with a spacious lounge, two separate dining spaces, a large kitchen and a big garden. It's also positioned in a very elegant and residential area.

Parking space is limited and can be discussed. The Hornchurch District line station is at 5 minutes walking distance, while at 5 minutes there are several bus stops with many bus lines. Hornchurch town centre, with plenty of supermarkets, cafes, bars and a gym, is just a few minutes away.

The bedroom is targeted to *one occupier only*. No couples. No smokers.
