There are 2 toilets in the house, however only one shower. Maximum 3 people in the house at any given time as we are not renting out to couples!

In the bedroom there's one huge, floor to ceiling wardrobe with lots of space with a bed with storage drawers and chest of drawers. Lovely lighting and shutter blinds complement the room well.

I'm a live-in landlord, who has recently renovated to a good standard and letting out a large and comfortable double bedroom. There are 2 toilets in the house, however only one shower.

The house is full of comforts, with a spacious lounge, two separate dining spaces, a large kitchen and a big garden. It's also positioned in a very elegant and residential area.

Parking space is limited and can be discussed. The Hornchurch District line station is at 5 minutes walking distance, while at 5 minutes there are several bus stops with many bus lines. Hornchurch town centre, with plenty of supermarkets, cafes, bars and a gym, is just a few minutes away.
