The building is protected with CCTV. There is a lot of space to park the car in front of the flat on the main road with no charges.
The flat is 6 minutes walk to Emerson park over ground station. Many Buses passes in front of the building as well.

The room is very spacious. It has a large fitted wardrobe and 2 side tables and a chest drawers. There is a new double bed divan with a new mattress. The en suite bathroom has been renovated recently. There is electrical heating.

The flat looks over a big communal garden.
