The spacious double room is for a single occupancy only.

Shared bathroom: huge bathtub 🛁

You will get a full large cupboard in the kitchen and shelves in fridge & freezer.

You could store suitcase, reasonable size items in the garage for free.

Deposit: £650

Permanent residency status in the UK and full-time employment status are mandatory.

House common sense rules:
- no parties
- no overnight guests
- keep clean after yourself
- respect others’ privacy
