The house is a 4 bedroom 1930s semi with a large garden. The property is only a 5 min walk to Upminster Bridge tube station and close to all shops and local amenities including bus routes. There is a short walk to the doctors, dentist, gym and is a 5 min walk to Hornchurch high street area.

I work in the City and it takes me an hour door to door to get to work. We are a professional married couple with a 7 year old and a 2 year old toddler and looking for a female lodger to rent the single bedroom.

The room is furnished with bed, mattress and wardrobe or drawer. The family bathroom is available for the lodger to use and there is a downstairs toilet too. The property has recently been refurbished to a very high standard.

Needless to say, we are looking for a clean, honest and reliable professional female. We are clean and keep things tidy. We want to have a lodger that is respectful of all areas - shared and own room.
