• One communal living room, one communal dining room, and one large kitchen with 2, four gas burners, 2 ovens, 2 microwave ovens, 2 sink drainers, 2 washer/dryers and one communal American style fridge freezer.

• Weekly cleaning service of the communal areas provided as part of the rent. The cleaner disposes off the garbage and there is no rubbish disposal rota or cleaning rota to be followed by the tenants.
