We have a lovely, well-decorated double room available for single occupancy. We’re ideally looking for a working professional lady, although we’d also be happy to consider a student.

A little about us:
This is our family home, and you’ll be sharing the house with just us — a couple and our 10-year-old child. We’re originally from Mumbai, India, but have been settled here for over 20 years. We both work from home and, when we’re not working, we enjoy relaxing and watching our favourite series on the usual streaming platforms. We speak English, Hindi, Marathi, and Gujarati.

About the room:
The room has recently been decorated with a nice feature wall and spotlights. It has a small double bed, which is perfect for one person, along with a large wardrobe, computer table, and side table. All Bills are included in your rent, and you can also have a high-speed Wi-Fi connection.
The shared bathroom is conveniently located between the upstairs bedrooms and is easily accessible. It has been nicely decorated and maintained to a high standard, as you can see from the pictures. There is also a separate WC downstairs, which means the main bathroom is generally free most of the time, especially as it is only shared by two adults and one child.

The room overlooks the garden and faces south, so it gets plenty of natural light and sunshine, making it a lovely bright room.

The house is conveniently located in TW3 3PT, just behind Quality Foods Hounslow.
