• Large double room (13.5 m2) with ensuite available from 10th November 2026 for single occupancy. This is a first floor rear facing room. The room is fully furnished (double bed with visco elastic mattress, study table and chair, lots of storage consisting of fitted woodwork, bedside table and frost free fridge/freezer).

• Electricity, gas, water, high speed BT infinity broadband and council tax are all included in the rent. On street parking is free and easily available with this room..

• One communal living room, one communal dining room, and one large kitchen with 2, four gas burners, 2 ovens, 2 microwave ovens, 2 sink drainers, 2 washer/dryers and one American style fridge freezer.

• Weekly cleaning service of the communal areas provided as part of the rent. The cleaner disposes off the garbage and there is no rubbish disposal rota or cleaning rota to be followed by the tenants.

• No couples. No pets..

• The rooms are available only to carefully vetted out working professionals on single occupancy.

• Commercial grade heating system available in the house consisting of a boiler, 2 unvented hot water cylinders, pressure pump and a 1250 litres cold storage tank. This heating system ensures that all occupiers at all times can simultaneously call on hot water in their bathrooms/communal kitchen 24 hours of the day.

• Checks ( Credit, ID and employment) will be carried out on any prospective tenant and will be at cost to the landlord.
