Decorated and partly renovated house in prime location, very close to Hounslow west tube station and shops. The good sized bedroom - furnished with double bed, wardrobes & draws combi unit and with bedside mini Cabinet. Shared upstairs bathroom and downstairs shower room. Fully alarmed with ample of off street parking space to front of the house. Installed washing machine to kitchen diner. Full gas central heating.

If you are working professional, easy going, clean and respectful to others and will treat the place as a home, please read on.

The room is £440 a month. It is slightly more than the other rooms in the house because the room is bigger than the others and I've tried to be fair as possible.

The rent includes Council tax, water rates, and TV license.

Gas, electric, broadband & cable/SKY TV is not included in rent. The room has 100MB wifi broadband, SKY TV (XL package, with Sky movies and sports) - However, this can change to Virgin TV (as we always bounce off the 2 companies to get the best deal). However, the bills on top of the rent works out roughly at £100 a month (Subject to change if gas, electric, broadband & TV prices change).

We all chip in for a weekly cleaner... So the only thing you really need to worry about is keeping your room clean and cleaning after yourself...

We have said yes to smoking, however, this is limited to the backyard and not in the house. Unfortunately, no DSS can be accepted.
