Lovely bright en-suite double room available in a large semi-detached family home. Owners (couple) live in permanently, teenage kids come and go.

Room is on top floor and a nice size with a King Size bed and a lovely en-suite.

Downstairs there is a large shared living room/kitchen diner and a small snug which the tenant will be able to use exclusively when they are in.

We’re 12 minutes walk from Ickenham on the Metropolitan and Piccadilly Lines, about 18 mins walk from West Ruislip on the Central Line and 5 mins drive from the A40.

We’re a relaxed household, both of us work full time, occasionally WFH but mostly in the office and the house has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, weights bench, air conditioned garden room, pool table and dart board so it’s quite fun!
