I am looking for a single flatmate who is easy going and a working professional. The flat is located next to King Georges hospital and you’ll be on the Elizabeth line.

A reliable person is a must. I travel a lot for work so barely in the country and will probably be there twice a month.

It’s a short walk to Goodmayes station and all bills are included. I am easy going, all I ask is that someone is clean and tidy and not a difficult or awkward person and that we respect each others space.

The main living space is a really nice chill out space and there is a shared bathroom. The flat is fully furnished and in a very secure location. Clean and tidy is a must!
