The house is close to the tube (Newbury Park) supermarkets and a lovely park - Valentines Park. You will love the house because of the cosiness, the location, the price, the quality of our place. More than renting a room this is a place to relax, thrive and be part of an incredible house.

The house

We have lots of relaxing chill out areas (one very large lounge with a great Tv - 4k Smart TV with Virgin TV). It is a great home to come back and chill out in the evenings. The lounge has a small library, and dinner area, and has a range of lovely plants.

There are 4 other person living here, so it will feel relaxing, roomy and comfortable.

Free onstreet parking.

We have front and rear gardens (with a BBQ in the back garden) , plus a kitchen dinner with a fridge & freezer. In our conservatory we also have another 6ft fridge, and another 6ft freezer - enough space for storing food and doing big shops.


The area/travel

Our neighbourhood has fantastic travel links, while offering guests a good nights sleep. We are also close to the overground which will take people into the centre of London in around 20 minutes. The area is safe, calm and there's never been issues with safety here, which is great.

If you drive we are close to main roads which go into the centre of London and around the edges, meaning you will have access to the whole of London, cutting out a lot of waiting around in traffic ( the main road is like a small motorway).

It is a peaceful neighbourhood, but close to travel, shops and restaurants. We're walking distance from Aldi, Sainsburys, Tescos, B & M, Mcdonalds, JD, Banks, Pubs, Clubs, Restaurants. And we're only a short Uber from Stratford, too. Pretty awesome area.

Valentines park, a lovely park with cricket, tennis, gym, 2 lakes (with Swans), Basketball courts, art galleries, is only a 10 min walk away too, which is lovely in Spring to Autumn.
