ABOUT ME:
• I am a African professional working in Canary Wharf (but currently WFH)
• I am clean, tidy and considerate
• I've been in the apartment since it came on to the market over 7 years ago and have shared with the same housemate for the past 3 years (she is now relocating hence the vacant room).

All I ask is that you are tidy, clean and considerate especially in common spaces.

ADMINISTRATION:
• Deposit: £832.12 plus £50 to transfer your name into the lease agreement (to be paid at max 1 week before move in date)
• Rent is payable in advance (1800 split equally between the two of us)
• Bills not included in the rent these cost an estimated £160 (council tax - band D, electricity, water, heating, Wi-F- paid by you)
• Room available from 01 December 2026
•. Cleaning lady comes by every 2 weeks at a cost of £40 per visit (equally paid by occupants)
