All bills are included, we have fast broadband and are close to the Central Line and Elizabeth Line.
We have a lovely room with a double bed, cupboard, drawers, microwave etc and bathroom/shower for a single female occupant. I had the windows changed recently.
The kitchen area is shared (air fryer, toaster, kettle, microwave, washing machine, dryer). But if you would like to have items upstairs to cook this is also possible.
We are a couple with one 10 year old daughter, who do not drink or smoke and only eat halal food. Our daughter is quiet and loves reading (massive Harry Potter fan). No other children.
Looking for a non smoker, female who has a job. Our previous tenant who will leave on the 12th June was south Indian and she will dearly be missed.
Vegans/Vegetarians/Pescatarians/Halal/Kosher food eaters are very welcome
