Indian professional looking for a house mate for 2 double rooms in a large, clean and well equipped Indian household with a good location for commuting into the heart of London, (Stratford, Canary Wharf, Liverpool Street etc).
Rooms are well-lit, comes with wardrobe, bed and a bedside table. The Rent is £595 and 695. pm, All INCLUSIVE with deposit of £250 for single occupancy only. There are no additional costs. You will be required to provide proof of your visa status along with a copy of your passport.

For commuting to work it is:

- 8 minutes walk to Newbury Park Station and then 25 mins journey straight into Zone 1 on the underground/tube
- 10 minutes walk from Seven Kings Station and then a 15 – 20 minute journey to Zone 1
- A Bus stop within 2 minutes walk if you need to catch a bus to Ilford Rail station (and from there you can catch a quick over ground train to central London).

LOCAL AREA AND SHOPPING: The house is on a clean, where families and professionals live. The area is safe and there are street lights on the route from the station to home. There are three Indian, south Indian and Sri Lankan grocery stores within 5 minutes walking distance of the house (very convenient!). There is also a clean, spacious green park nearby where you can go for strolls, jogs or a game of tennis.

I am hoping to find a mature but laid-back (relaxed) person who appreciates a peaceful, stable environment.
