We’re two friendly FEMALE flat mates living together in Ilford and we’re looking for friendly, open-minded people to join our home and rent the remaining rooms.

We’re social, easy-going and enjoy sharing a chat, a meal or a laugh from time to time, but we also really value personal space and alone time. So we’re ideally looking for someone who’s comfortable with both: being social and enjoying their own independence.

📍 Location – Ilford (Zone 4):
The flat is perfectly located, with supermarkets, shops and cafés just a few minutes away (Tesco, Lidl, local stores, etc.).
🚆 The train station is only 2 minutes from the house, and there’s also a nearby Underground entrance, making commuting super easy and quick.
Great transport links to central London and other areas.

The flat has a warm, relaxed vibe and we’re hoping to keep it that way. We’re clean, respectful and believe good communication makes shared living much nicer.
