My sister and I are about to move into this newly refurbished 3-bedroom apartment, and we’re looking for either a single professional or a couple to join us and complete the household.

There will only be three tenants living in the flat, so we’re looking for people who appreciate a clean, respectful, and relaxed home.

💷 Rent & Move-in

* £350 deposit
* Your name will be on the tenancy agreement, so you’ll be an official tenant.
* Depending on your credit score, you may qualify for the Zero Deposit Scheme, meaning you would only need to pay one week’s rent to move in.
* Please note: the rent will be slightly higher if the room is rented by a couple.
