• Kitchen, dining area, bathroom (+ 1 additional toilet), garden and shoe storage

• Public parking available
• Bus stops right in front of the estate
• Ilford: 10-15 min bus or 25 min walk
• Barking Station: 5-10 min bus or 20 min walk
• Central London within 30 mins by public transport
• Lots of shops within 5-10 mins' walk

Terms
• Bills included
• Deposit: 1 month's rent, plus 1 month's rent upfront
• 1 month's notice if you decide to leave
• You'd be a lodger sharing the home with a family member of mine
• Ideally no pets
