The building is around a one-minute walk from Ilford station and the Elizabeth line, making it ideal for anyone commuting into central London.

A large window with plenty of natural light

You will also have exclusive use of a separate full bathroom with a bath and shower. The bathroom is not inside the bedroom, but it will be reserved for you and will not be used by us.

The apartment has a modern shared kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a balcony. It is clean, well maintained, and furnished to a high standard.

Excellent Elizabeth line connections:

Liverpool Street: around 18 minutes

Farringdon: around 20 minutes

Tottenham Court Road: around 23 minutes

You would be sharing the apartment with us, a professional married couple, and our young baby.
