We are a couple (1 female and 1 male) and we are looking for a tidy, responsible and respectful professional female (only) to rent our spacious, furnished ensuite loft room. Our home is situated on a quiet road with fantastic transport links and near-by amenities which makes it the perfect location.

Looking for:
Female professional preferred (min age 25) - ideal for a NHS healthcare professional or other busy professional
Tidy, responsible and respectful
NOT suitable for someone WFH
NOT suitable for couples
Strictly non-smoker

PLEASE NOTE - we are a private and quiet family and looking for someone who is also private and quiet. We would like someone who does NOT have guests or overnight visitors.

*Min contract - 6 months.
*Will consider Mon-Fri only let
