One single room (£750pcm) and one double room (£900pcm) are available, both for single occupancy. All bills are included, including Council Tax (Band F), broadband, gas, electricity and water.

The house is on a quiet residential road in Isleworth TW7 and has been refurbished throughout, including a large rear kitchen/sunroom extension with wide patio doors opening onto a spacious back garden.

Although it’s a large house, it’s deliberately kept as a small house-share, so there’s plenty of communal space and it never feels crowded.

There are also two cats, so you must be comfortable living with them.

Single occupancy only, sorry no couples. Non-smokers preferred, although this is not essential. LGBTQ+ people and applicants of all nationalities are very welcome. We’re looking for someone friendly, considerate, clean and respectful of shared spaces.

The house is conveniently located around 10 minutes’ walk from Syon Lane and Isleworth stations, with journeys to Waterloo taking approximately 35 minutes. Osterley and Hounslow East Underground stations are a short bus ride away, and there are good local bus connections.
