Shared Bathroom: Shared with just one person—a 15-year-old child. For this reason, prefer a female tenant.
Kitchen Access: You are welcome to use the kitchen, with some timing restrictions.
Laundry Facilities: Feel free to use the washing machine and separate tumble dryer as needed. However, we strongly encourage using washing lines and drying racks whenever possible to help protect the environment and keep utility costs (and, by extension, rent) manageable.
Our home is shared by our beloved dog, who is an important part of our family. If you’re an animal lover, you’ll feel right at home!
