Box Room (sublet)

Short term 1 to 6 months
A perfect big box room with double bed and wardrobe (can be assembled and dismantle on need). And there is enough space for computer table to setup. Suitable for single person. Living room and kitchen is shared between housemates. Utensils are free to use but need to maintain clean after using. House cleaning will be amongst the housemates. There is already evrything that a common household should need.

Housemates are very friendly and respectful, no restriction on noise, party, and fun.

Your behaviour should not effect housemates and nearby neighbours.

There is one toilet and one shower with toilet ( also bathtub ).

Kitchen is on groundfloor, your room will be on first floor side to living room and toilet. On the second floor there are two rooms plus a toilet with shower.

One car parking space, if need more you can pay council for parking space

Plenty of space for storage.
