Room available near St Margaret’s

Hi,

The flat boast river views towards Richmond and over Kew Gardens. The flat has a second bathroom which would be for your own use. Large bright living space, lift and bike storage.

I’m looking for someone sort-term from 3-6 months to fill the spare room in the flat. I have family and friends visiting over summer, so I’ll need the room to be free from around July, but flexible on specific dates. The room would suit someone looking to tie things over between accommodation.

The area is stunning and about 15 min walk from all the shops and bars in Richmond. Train to central London takes around 50min from St Margaret’s or Richmond stations.

You’ll be living with myself, fairly easy going and enjoy a sociable flat, but also respectful of the need for space and quiet.
