Fully furnished, good sized comfortable room with south facing double glazed window in a very desirable semi. So the room is bright and gets lots of sunshine when we have sunny weather.
It is situated in a safe and a quiet area, only 5 mins walk to bus
stop and 10 mins walk to tube station with fast and frequent trains, so can get you to central London in 15 or 20 mins.
There are 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms in the property.
I might permit the use of garden with a patio at the back and the long drive way in front for off street parking.
I prefer sharing my property with young professionals or university students with good character. So good references required. I lead a healthy lifestyle and I am in very good health with no disability. I am well educated, fair minded, easy to get on with gentleman who will make sure you will enjoy your stay. I am willing to consider reducing rent to £750 pm to a special tenant.
