I am a live in landlord. I am a single mum. This is my home which I love very much and where me and my 5 year old son live.

Looking for a lodger for our spare double room. This room is currently a play room for my son but doesn’t use it much so the plan is to clear it for a lodger: l.

The room will only have one double bed and mattress in. Any other furniture will need to be negotiated.

We are looking for a respectful, clean, tidy lodger.
We have a kitten (mittens) and they will need to be used to having a 5 year old around.

I work full time, remotely and in the office 2 days a week. There is also an external office in the garden which I use more for storage but can be used if lodger needs. We can discuss this.

Bills not included.

I’m quite flexible on length of stay, within reason.
