Bills INCLUDED in the monthly amount are an average up to Sept 25 and are approx £30/wk (£130/month) and includes average gas use, average electric use, council tax, water rates, broadband, cleaning, communal consumables. Extra gas/electric costs may apply during cold winter months.

The house is a mixed professional house who work hard and like to quietly relax and socialise at home.

Facilities include shared 600MB Virgin Media internet, gas CH, built-in double oven and built-in combination microwave, induction hob, dish washer, washing machine x 2, dryer, 4 fridges, freezers x 2, etc.

Kew Gardens tube/rail station 5 minute walk. Kew retail park 5 mins walk. The Thames river 7 minutes walk. There is parking on the drive for 5 cars and more around the corner if required. Currently there are only 2 cars using the parking spaces.
