I am renting my spare bedroom after a friend is moving out to travel. The location has great amenities with station parade containing Kew Gardens train station (district and overground), TESCO, Gail’s, etc all 2 minutes away. There is also a large M&S and Sainsbury’s 10 minutes away. Even a farmers market on the first Sunday of every month just down the road.
The flat is a ground floor two bedroom flat located in a block of six accessible by a key communal door. It has a small communal back and front garden area as well as communal parking at the back of the block. It has a large living room which gets plenty of natural light, a comfy sofa and large dining table.
There is also a cleaner that comes for a couple of hours every Saturday for my flat and every Sunday for the communal areas. No extra cost!
The bills mentioned include gas, electric, water and council tax.
