Large room, in a friendly, spacious house in Kew

This is an attractive, light-filled room, with plenty of space, as well as a desk, and plenty of storage. It is on the top floor of the house, so it is very quiet. The bathroom is adjacent, and may be shared with one other person.
There is a large, communal kitchen/dining room on the ground floor, which is our sociable space, and my husband and I, and our longstanding lodger, David, may or may not see you there for a chat, depending on when - and how often - you spend time in the kitchen!
The room is not really recommended if you regularly work from home, as it can get hot during the day in summer.
Also, we would plan to let this room to one person and not to two people.
We are very conveniently situated for both Kew Gardens Underground, the Mildmay Overground Line, Richmond Station and the 65 bus route.
