To me it's the best location in London because you have the royal botanical Kew Gardens about 15 minute walk away, also have the River Thames which is 10 minute walk away and Richmond Park which is about 20 minute walk away and its also near Richmond town centre so it's a fantastic location all round and incredible transport links too.
