The room has recently been redecorated and new Ikea furniture was installed to make it bright and inspiring. The room has a double bed so would suite a professional single person or a couple. Average bills are included and are approx. of £29/wk and includes gas, electric, council tax, water rates, broadband, cable TV, cleaning, communal consumables.

The house is a mixed professional house aged 21 to about 45 who work hard and like to quietly relax and socialise at home. It would probably work best for any new persons to be in that age range.

Facilities include communal Virgin Media cable TV, shared 200MB Virgin internet access, gas CH. The kitchen includes built-in double oven and built in combination microwave, induction hob, dish washer. The utility area includes washing machine x 2, dryer, fridge/freezers x 4. Refs and deposit required. Kew Gardens tube/rail station 5 minute walk. Kew retail park is 5 mins walk. The Thames river is 7 minutes walk.

There is parking on the drive for 5 cars but only 2 cars currently.

There is no smoking on any part of the property.
