King spacious room in Kingsbury for a couple

We looking for a serious family couple who want to live in a peaceful house in Kingsbury where it takes only 10/12 min walk to the Kingsbury train station and 15min to the Kenton train tube. There room will be freed by a former family with kids and so there will only be left the double bed frame and the cupboards with lots of shelf’s and space for hanging are built inside the wall. The extra bunch beds will be gone, leaving a lot more extra room. The house has 2 bathrooms. A small shower and toilet in the kitchen and a big bathtub and toilet on the second floor. The living is really spacious and has a TV everyone can use to relax. There is space for a tall fridge for the newly joining tenants. There are loads of convenient stores - Indians, Romanians, and lots of other closer to the tube station including Tesco and Aldi. At the moment all are working professionals as there is hardly someone home during the day time, unless someone is off. Current tenants are really friendly and respectful. They all part of the same family. You will feel like home. There is an attic double room available too. If you’re interested DM as we still trying to repaint it and bring it into perfect condition before posting it as an add. No smoking inside. However there is a big garden at the back for it! We would like someone who is organised and cleans after themselves.
