Double-room available in a very central and spacious flat shared with just another tenant (me).
The room is currently furnished with a single bed, but a double-bed fits fine.
The room can come furnished or unfurnished.
The room faces an internal parking space and it is therefore very quiet.

The new tenant will have half of the space in the shoe rack, the bookshelves and the rest of the cupboards available for him/her.

The room will be emptied before the 8th of June.

The flat is very spacious, the living room has 2 sofa-beds in it, and they both open at the same time if needed.

Kingston Station is just 2 minutes walking from the house (literally 2 minutes! - I've timed it!) and a vast range of supermarkets (Aldi, Waitrose, Sainsbury) are no more than 5 minutes walking from the flat.
