The flat has a really chill, comfortable vibe, everyone is friendly and welcoming and admin who always so helpful

And en suite but the en suite is shared by 2 people
The room is bright and fully furnished with plenty of space for storage. The flat also has a shared kitchen, The location is super convenient with shops, transport links and cafes nearby, making it really easy to get around with just a short walk to Kingston town and a few minute walk near the Sainsbury from the flat a nice cafe downstairs and a nearby waitrose which is always a plus.

RENT is £700 per month
There is an electricity bill that all 3 people living here pay every month which £17
