We have a fantastic double room available in a newly refurbished, relaxed, friendly house share in Kingston.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers, desk, chair and a bedside table. There are three newly refurbished bathrooms with power showers. There is a kitchen with a hob and oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. There is a separate dining / living room with a dining table and an HD TV, so it’s ideal for making a bite to eat, having a glass of wine and watching TV with your flatmates at the end of the day.

There is a cleaner who comes weekly and the house has super-fast unlimited fibre optic broadband, perfect for watching Netflix or iPlayer.

The house is five minutes walk to Norbiton train station, 10 mins walk to Kingston station and the centre of town and all the shops, bars, and restaurants there.

Really easy going landlord who is never around and always fixes things quickly.

To make things easy, absolutely all bills are all included which covers gas, electricity, water, super fast fibre broadband, council tax, and the cleaner, so no hassle sorting out the bills.
