Large Double Room overlooking the garden - KT2

Large Double room available for rent. The room overlooks the garden on a quiet, friendly road. The house is less than 10minutes walk to Richmond Park on one side, and the river to the other. And a 15min walk (5-10min bus) to Kingston town centre. The station (both Norbiton and Kingston) are approximately 10min walk away.

The room comes with a large wardrobe, a desk and a King sized mattress. Happy to discuss furniture arrangements depending on your needs. You'll have access to the common spaces downstairs and the garden, and the delicious figs in the garden during summer!

I will be travelling over the summer and you will therefore have the place to yourself for some time over the summer. Looking for someone I get along with—not just to share a roof.

There is parking outside, but parking permit is required from the council.
There is a shed in the garden for bikes. I like bikes.
