2x Doubles w/ en-suites in Kingston town centre

Looking for two flatmates to move into this lovely big flat in central Kingston this July! (Girlies, gays, and theys preferred!)

The flat itself is on the second floor and is large and bright. The kitchen/diner looks out over Kingston bridge and has ample space.

The rooms are super spacious with big windows, hardwood floors, and their own en-suites.
One room is unfurnished, but there is some furniture in the other that the current tenant is looking to sell, so we can be a little flexible with the furnishing arrangement.

I'm looking for flatmates who are easy-going, friendly, and tidy. If you're open to a chat and a glass of wine over the kitchen table, even better.

- Council tax band D
- Electric only, no gas supply
- No working lift, stairs only 😩
- No shared/communal bathroom, only en-suites. Also no bathtub 😑
