I’m offering a discounted rent because I’m looking for someone to look after my 1-year-old female cat while I’m away. She absolutely loves people, is very affectionate, and is a true lap cat. ❤️

As this is a short-term rental, some of my belongings will remain in the flat. However, I will clear wardrobe and storage space for your use.

Looking For

* Someone with experience caring for cats (female preferred)
* Non-smoker
* Someone who will keep the flat clean and treat it with care
* Ideally, I’d like to meet in person for a viewing before confirming.

Rent

* Special discounted rent: £1,200 per month (all bills included)
(Normal rent is approximately £480 per week.)
* Deposit: £500 (fully refunded immediately after check-out, provided the flat is returned in good condition)

Availability

13 or 14 August – Mid September

Preference will be given to someone who can stay for the entire period.
