About the room:
A large, spacious double bedroom on the first floor, available from 13th September. This is one of the biggest rooms in the house, with plenty of space for a desk, wardrobe, and additional furniture.

We are a friendly and respectful house share in a spacious property located in a quiet residential area of Kingston upon Thames. The house offers:

About us:
We are a relaxed, friendly household looking for someone tidy, respectful, and easy-going to join us. The current housemates are professionals/students who value a harmonious living environment.

Practical notes:

· The tenancy is rolling – there is no fixed end date. The landlord had previously intended to sell the property, but this has been paused. We will keep you updated if anything changes.
· Ongoing building works are taking place nearby (8am–6pm, Monday to Friday). The noise is mostly contained to the exterior of the property, but we wanted to mention it for full transparency.
