A lovely double room in a 4th floor flat, a short walk from Norbiton Station and Richmond High Street, with excellent bus links (Buses stops directly opposite, and a short walk over the bridge) and 20-30min walk to Kingston High Street.

Kingston Station is a 20 minutes walk and Norbiton is only 5mins.

I am moving into this flat with a amazing dog (new flat mates must be dog friendly), coco, and we are looking for a housemate to come join us. I currently work from home part of the week but mostly I go to work 2-3 days per week. There is space for a shared office for anyone who is a remote worker.

Flat has a large kitchen, large lounge/dining area, large bathroom and addition to another shower room with shower and washbasin. There is also a Balcony area at the back with garage space for a very small car or storage.

Rent does not include bills, considering getting a cleaner for the common areas once per week but happy happy to discuss with potential new housemate.

Room is unfurnished double room which is being redecorated. There's plenty of room for a desk area for WFH but also small room for a shared office space. Although the tenancy is unfurnished, there may be some furniture that can be left behind.
