Hi!
I am looking for ideally a professional female to move into a cosy and homely 2 bed flat in Kingston upon Thames.
The flat is 8 minutes walk from Kingston station with direct links to London. The flat is 3 minutes walk from the 65 bus stop which goes to Richmond tube station.
Your room is the bigger en-suite with a chest of drawers and two big wardrobes. Plenty of storage space!
The flat has a nice outside courtyard area which you can enjoy during the warmer months.
The road has permit parking which is easy to get once you have a tenancy agreement and have registered your car to the address.
I am a professional in my early 30s! I am a teacher so work very long hours and am out of the house all week. I’m looking for someone who also works hard and understands that sometimes we may need our privacy and to chill, but also someone who would be up for socialising and going out/chilling at home together sometimes!
I do have a gorgeous British shorthair cat called Fifi who I rescued when I lived abroad. She sleeps with me so she wouldn’t be any bother to you and she is very cute (see her in the outdoor photo!)
The rent is £1200 including all bills.
I also live about 3 minutes walk from Kingston Riverside.
No dishwasher here but all other appliances you would want.
