Large, furnished, room available in friendly, recently renovated detached house in North Kingston.

In the room there is a King Size bed, fitted wardrobes/ shelves, chest of drawers, bedside table and desk.


The room is on the top floor or a recently converted loft. It’s very spacious and bright with an electronic Velux window.
There is a brand new bathroom also on the top floor.

I’m easy going and relaxed and I would like anyone who moves in to feel at home here.

The house is in a great location:

- less than 5 minutes walk to the river and Canbury Park Gardens with the Boaters Inn pub
- approx 7 minutes walk from Kingston train station - direct train to London Waterloo
- 24 hour bus stop (no 65) at the end of the road, with buses going to Richmond (10 mins) and Kingston

- 5 mins walk to Nuffield gym and Sainsbury’s

- close to Richmond Park

- There is a utility room with washing machine, heated airer and tumble dryer.
- 3 bathrooms
- lovely spacious kitchen / diner with sofa and bifold doors leading onto the garden

I have 2 children who are very well behaved and in bed by 7ish😊 They’re both at school and we’re often out and about or away visiting friends and family at weekends.

I’ve had a lodger since they were little and it’s always worked out really well.

I have a regular cleaner.

I also have 2 cats who are very friendly.

Single occupancy only. Female preferred.
