Fully refurbished in 2024, the property is a large 3 storey maisonette (~160m2) that contains 4 double bedrooms, each with their own ensuites, plus both a large kitchen/ diner and separate lounge to share.

3 of the bedrooms are already occupied (to individuals), but becoming available now is a 4th bedroom (only for a single individual).
