There are Electric and Gas Safety Certificates, fitted smoke and heat alarms and night storage heaters. There is a local landlord for any problems. I am happy to meet with parents/relatives to accompanied viewings.
The flat isn't suitable for professionals as the other tenants (i. e. three female kingston uni students have specifically requested another student). The property would be perfect for a quiet, studious person.
