Large patio doors off the kitchen/lounge/diner lead out onto decked area providing outside seating area for dining on the actual river. (Be prepared to share your lunch with the swans and ducks if you like).
Double bedroom comprising double bed, wardrobes, bedside cabinets, (additional TV), window.
Bathroom consists of bath, shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.
Children are welcome but we must emphasize this is a Houseboat.

We are seeking 1 month rent upfront and £2000 to be paid and held as a security deposit.

Tenant to pay all bills, council tax, electric, gas bottles, wifi with the exception of water which is included within the rent.
