Apartment is shared with another female professional Tenant. Ideally looking for another working professional tenant.
This is for single occupant for the double room.
Unfortunately no pets allowed as current tenant is allergic.

Utility Bills (Electricity, Council Tax, Broadband, Tv licence) are billed separately every month and split equally between the other tenant living in the apartment.

Apartment has a terrace which goes all the way round the apartment, Each room has access to the balcony. One part facing town and the other facing towards the Double tree Hilton hotel.
